TRACY HINES WAS INJURED IN AN OFF-ROAD MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT ON HIS INDIANA PROPERTY ON APRIL 30. HE UNDERWENT SURGERY ON MONDAY, AUGUST 13, ON HIS RIGHT KNEE.
• Mon., Aug. 13 – Tony Stewart Racing USAC National Sprint and Midget Car Teams
• Hines underwent surgery to break-up scar tissue in the right knee.
• Regained upward movement in his right foot prior to Monday’s surgery.
• Hines will continue to work with TSR’s crew chiefs to improve the team’s pavement program.
• Work will focus on pavement set-up and concepts.
• Hines is now on crutches and continues therapy.
