Richmond – Brian Tyler of Parma, Mich. caught leader Bobby East in turn three on the 87th lap of Saturday night’s “James River Grounds 100” USAC K & N Silver Crown race at Richmond (Va.) International Raceway, then led the final 14 laps to win the 100-lap race on the 3/4-mile paved oval.
