So maybe Tony did hit Kurt

I wrote the other day that I didn’t believe Tony hit Kurt in the NASCAR trailer because if he had, NASCAR would have sat him out of the Shootout. Now it looks like NASCAR has given Tony and Kurt a six race probation for their run in last Friday night.
According to the AP report, NASCAR says the probation stems solely from the on-track portion of their clash, when the drivers deliberately used their cars as battering rams.
After viewing the incident dozens of time on TV and the internet, I don’t see Tony doing anything except being run into. Since he also got probation, I have to believe that maybe he did use something to hit Kurt, and it wasn’t his car.
Add in the fact that during the prerace Saturday night DW said that he DID know what happened in the trailer, and then didn’t say that there was no physical confrontation, maybe Tony did a Jimmie Spencer imitation.
Speaking of Spencer, in discussing the incident on Sundays pre-qualifying show he said that if Tony hit Kurt in the NASCAR trailer, in front of the NASCAr officials, he was now his biggest hero. Looks like he might just be.
