Nineteen year old Josh Richards ended a near six month dry spell with a big $12,000 payday in Saturday night’s World of Outlaws late models 60th Anniversary program at Hagerstown Speedway.Richards led all the way in the 60 lap event but only took the win by .411 seconds over Clint Smith with York Haven’s Jason Covert coming from 16th to finish third. Fourth was WoO points leader Steve Francis and fifth went to Shane Clanton.
