HE SAID IT…
PAUL MCMAHAN ON THE NO. 20 TEAM’S ABREVIATED WEEKEND AT PRINCETON SPEEDWAY:
“Obviously, we would have liked to have finished the weekend with a solid top-five or top-10 but we did manage to overcome a flat tire in the A-main to come back to 14th. The guys tried several different things again this weekend and we’re continuing to learn each time the car hits the track. The rain definitely didn’t help out, as you always like to have both nights to work through adjustments for the A-main finale. I’m ready to head home for the week and then out to California for the event at the Thunderbowl. It’s always fun to race in your home state, on your old turf and I’d like to put Bass Pro Shops and Chevrolet back in the winner’s circle, especially in California.”
