NASCAR Daily News Headlines reports that:
Morgan Shepherd’s Faith Motorsports Dodge will hopefully be making a lot more trips around the Richmond International Raceway this weekend, thanks to the generosity of two of the veteran driver’s modern-day heroes.
Two-time Sprint Cup Champion Tony Stewart and broadcaster Matt Yocum will provide tire sponsorship to the #89 team this weekend in an effort to help Shepherd build on last week’s 13th place run at Talladega.

ATLANTA (April 30, 2008) – Tony Stewart has won over $67 million in his 10 years competing in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. Granted, the money isn’t all his, as substantial portions have gone to Joe Gibbs Racing – the team that has fielded Stewart’s No. 20 Home Depot machine since he debuted as a rookie in February 1999 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway.
Still, Stewart has done quite well, thanks in large part to two Sprint Cup championships, 32 point-paying victories, six non-point wins and 122 top-fives and 196 top-10s in 329 career Sprint Cup starts.
Three of those point-paying victories, along with six top-fives and 12 top-10s, have come in 18 career Sprint Cup races at Richmond (Va.) International Raceway, site of Saturday night’s Crown Royal

INDIANAPOLIS – One of the best things about the nomadic racing schedule of the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws (WoO) Sprint Car Series is the challenge each stop presents. For Donny Schatz and the Tony Stewart Racing (TSR) team, the biggest challenge this year has been getting races in as Mother Nature has forced the cancellation or postponement of nine of the first 15 scheduled nights of racing.
Schatz hopes turning the calendar to May will change the weather patterns and allow him to regularly get behind the wheel of the TSR No. 15 Armor All/Chevy/ParkerStore J&J in WoO competition.
This weekend, the challenge will be racing at two completely different facilities on consecutive nights. Schatz kicks off the month of May at one of the smallest

INDIANAPOLIS – Tony Stewart Racing’s Kraig Kinser and the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws (WoO) Sprint Series travel to two very different race tracks this weekend. But they all have the same goal – taking the checkered flag in first place at both tracks. The WoO Sprint Series teams are also anxious to get back into the swing of things after nine of the first 15 scheduled events this season have been canceled or postponed due to weather.
Kinser will be making his first appearance at US 36 Raceway in Osborn, Mo., on Friday. He’ll look to keep the No. 20 TSR/Bass Pro Shops/Maxim team at the top of the speed charts. The Bass Pro Shops team currently owns the single-lap speed record at US 36
