Cincinnati – Tony Stewart has waved a sweat- and champagne-soaked towel in NASCAR victory lanes over 40 times since coming to NASCAR from the IRL IndyCar Series in 1999.Old Spice saw early on in Stewart’s career the opportunity such frequent celebrations presented. The 2008 racing season marks Old Spice’s eight-year anniversary with Stewart, and the familiar Old Spice towel seen draped over the two-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion’s shoulder after many long, hot afternoons at the race track will continue to be a staple of Stewart’s post-race ritual.
When those post-race rituals end up being triumphant parties in victory lane, the actual Old Spice towel used and later autographed by Stewart is auctioned by Old Spice on eBay, with the proceeds going to the Tony Stewart

This season he will return to his roots and the sport that will always be near and dear to him as part of a two-car effort with Tony Stewart Racing. Schatz accomplished quite a bit driving for his family owned team from 1993-2007, as he won 70 A-Feature events with the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series, as well as the last two series titles, in addition to two consecutive victories in the Knoxville Nationals. INDIANAPOLIS – New beginnings is the theme for Tony Stewart Racing’s (TSR) Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws (WoO) Sprint Series No. 20 Bass Pro Shops team as it prepares to begin the 2008 racing season at Volusia Speedway Park (VSP) in Barberville, Fla. With a new driver, chassis manufacturer and new challenges ahead, the TSR team is set to begin the journey toward a second series championship.
The 37th Annual Alltel DIRTcar Nationals will feature six nights of racing action for recently signed driver Kraig Kinser and the No. 20 TSR/Bass Pro Shops/Chevy/Maxim team. The All Star Circuit of Champions (ASCoC) Series will kick off the week Tuesday through Thursday, followed by the WoO Sprint Series opener Friday through Sunday.
